Put Yourself in Control
If your anger is negatively affecting relationships with family, friends, co-workers and even complete strangers, it’s time to take charge of your anger. There are steps to take to improve how you manage your anger.
This class is a way to inform people how they can express their anger in a controlled, healthy way. People will learn what anger really is, how to recognize anger triggers, where personal anger stems from and how to control it.
Six Hour One-Day Courses are offered every month at alternating locations. A working lunch is provided.
Classes are on Saturdays
9:30am – 3:30pm
Registration and payment must be received 5 days prior to course date.
Late registration may be considered on a case by case basis.
